We want you to love your new bucket hat! If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to accept returns and exchanges within ten days of delivery.

What can be returned/exchanged?

  • Unworn and unwashed bucket hats
  • With original tags attached
  • Purchased on our website (we cannot process returns for hats bought elsewhere)

What can’t be returned/exchanged?

  • Worn or washed bucket hats
  • Hats without original tags
  • Purchases made from other retailers

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate your return/exchange:
    • Contact our customer service team by email at [email protected].
    • Let them know you’d like to return or exchange your bucket hat, and have your order number ready.
  2. Pack your return securely:
    • Place the unworn hat with original tags in its original packaging (if possible).
    • Include a note with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  3. Ship your return:
    • You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.


  • We will send you an email notification once your return is received and inspected.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within seven business days.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item sent).


  • If you’d like to exchange your hat for a different size or color, please indicate this when you contact customer service.
  • We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request based on availability.
  • If the new hat is higher, you will be charged the difference.
  • We will cover the cost of shipping the new hat to you.
